Hockey night in Vancouver
In a high-scoring game that eventually went into a shoot-out to determine the winner, the Rockers finally took the crown at the Juno Cup.
The Juno Cup continues to grow in popularity. As a fundraising event, the celebrity hockey game sees Juno nominees and hockey greats battling it out for a good cause. This year's silent auction featured prizes such as a Hanson Brothers signed photo and manuscript of "Slap Shot", autographed Michael Buble hockey jersey, The Tragically Hip autographed hockey jersey with box set and tickets to sold-out Vancouver show, and signed Nickelback guitar with concert tickets. Proceeds from the event go to the Canadian Academy of Recording Artists and Sciences music education charity.
